At All Island Martial Arts I customize my program using yoga and Pilates to assist the students for stretching and core enhancements, as well as balance and coordination. Sometimes getting out of their comfort zone and pushing their current limits is necessary in breaking some of those mental and physical plateaus that we all face. My program is individually tailored according to plateaus reached then I adapt it so they can progress.
I am open to working with people on a one-to one basses as well as in small groups. We can meet at the dojo or somewhere else. I have over 25 years’ experience working with individuals.
